How Your Order Is Packed
Every order is packed to help protect your discs during delivery.
1–2 Discs
Orders containing 1–2 discs are packed in a sturdy cardboard envelope.
3 or More Discs
Orders containing 3 or more discs are packed in a padded mailer.
Each disc is placed in its own protective plastic sleeve before being packed for delivery.

These delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin after your order has been dispatched. Delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, peak postal periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order completion email confirming that it is on its way.
Tracking
Free delivery is normally sent without tracking. If you choose Tracked Delivery or Express Delivery at checkout, tracking information will be provided where available.
For some larger or higher-value orders, Disc Planet may upgrade the delivery method at no additional cost to you.
